Try to have sex regularly especially during the days of ovulation, try to lie dowm for half an hour for the better movement of the sperm and may be support the back with pillow for your wife for easy movement of the sperm.
Eat healthy food with more vegetables and fruits. Include milk, curd, ghee, black gram, dates, banana. Exercise regularly or Practice Yogasanas like Sarvangasana, Viparita karani, Baddhakonasana, Marichyasana which will stimulate the uterus. Sleep well and take enough rest.

its been 5 yrs of our marriage,i have been diagnosed with left tubal blockage and poor egg quality.we have gone for ivf last year but that too didn't work.doc says that u have poor egg quality so better take donor egg.this year v gone for ayurvedic treatment following this i m taking shivlingi n putravardhak both plus pushwadhanva n mix of 5 other ayurveda medicine .Does these medicines help me to conceive or its just waste of time.we r confused with many questions

Hello,
I have been married for 6 years and trying to conceive from last 4 years. I underwent 2 IUIs, 3 cloomid cycles and 1 laproscopy, 2 hysteroscopy with 2 failed IVFs. In Laproscopy they found that one ovary was missing and its a birth defect. After 1 ivf they found out that egg quality is poor and they gave me DHEA tablets to improve the quality. even after that no success. They checked for nk cells and they said that I have high nk cells and treated me with intralipids during 2 ivf and i got beta HCG as 14.still not pregnant. DO u advice taking divya putrajeevak and shivalingi seeds help me in getting pregnant?
